Landscape Laborer
Pay: $18–$23 per hour (based on experience) A busy, diverse landscaping company with five divisions consisting of Construction & Remodeling, Landscaping & Lawn Care, Snow Plowing, Concrete, and Facility Maintenance is hiring a Landscape Laborer to join their team. Experience is a plus, but not required—just bring a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and a positive attitude!
Responsibilities:- Perform all aspects of landscape maintenance and installation
- Operate landscape equipment including bed edgers, skid steers, chainsaws, aerators, slit-seeders, and power tools
- Assist in planting shrubs and laying sod/seed
- Read and follow basic landscape designs and layouts
- Ability to lift up to 125 lbs
- Must be able to work on your feet all day
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Willingness to work 10–12 hour days during peak season
- Must be a dependable team player with a good attitude
- 10-hour shifts
- Full-time availability required
- Overtime possible during peak season
