The commune of La Boissière du Doré is looking for its green space agent. The commune of La Boissière du Doré is located in the heart of the Nantes Vineyard, 30 kilometers south of Nantes in Loire-Atlantique (1129 inhabitants), between Ancenis and Vallet. Committed to an environmental approach, first as a member of the Sèvre and Loire Community of Communes, through the drafting of the Territorial Climate Air Energy Plan and the Contract for the Relaunch of the Ecological Transition, it is also and above all a commune in full development, concerned with limiting its environmental impact by integrating these issues into each of its projects.
In this changing commune with public facilities (school, public park, football field), the technical services agents benefit from recent infrastructure and equipment for their safety and comfort. Today composed of three agents, the commune wishes to welcome its new green space agent who will contribute to offering the inhabitants of La Boissière du Doré a quality living environment. You will join a dynamic and agile team, committed to providing qualitative work by serving the population daily.
You will participate in the conduct of projects related to green spaces, assisting the service manager in the development and implementation of the Pluriannual Investment Plan on the "Green Space" part. The environmental approach being at the heart of the mandate, you will be fully associated with the reflections and can be a force of proposal on the environmental part.
Joining the team of La Boissière du Doré agents means integrating a cohesive team, invested in the preservation of its territory and biodiversity. It is also evolving in a human-sized work environment, within a community that carries out ambitious projects in terms of landscape planning and ecological transition.
Level CAP/BEP in the field of green spaces, landscape design or equivalent. B permit required. BE permit desirable. Knowledge
- Master the techniques of maintenance and landscaping of green spaces.
- Know the plants, local species and issues related to biodiversity.
- Know the differentiated management techniques (soft pruning, directed selection, alternatives to chemical weeding, reasoned mowing, planting techniques...).
- Know the regulatory obligations related to public spaces, protection of fauna and flora and maintenance of sites.
- Master the rules of safety, hygiene and signage on sites. Know-how
- Carry out the maintenance of green spaces (mowing, pruning, planting, watering, weeding, pruning...).
- Create and arrange new landscape spaces.
- Carry out planting and earthworks according to the plans provided.
- Monitor the sanitary state of the flora and propose the adapted interventions.
- Ensure the routine maintenance of equipment and equipment.
- Use professional equipment safely (self-propelled mower, brush cutter, chainsaw...).
