Overview

Pet Supplies Plus is looking for experienced Groomers to join our team. As a Groomer you will provide exceptional pet care and service, creating a welcoming environment for pet parents and their pets.

• Delight neighbors and pets with grooming services, including brushing, bathing, and conditioning.
• Groom and style pets according to owners’ instructions or breed standards.
• Ensure the wellness and safety of all animals.
• Develop long‑term relationships with pet parents by understanding their needs and recommending suitable products and services.
• Assist with community outreach to attract new neighbors to our store.
• Successfully complete Safety Training certification.
• Perform routine cleaning to maintain a fun and inviting grooming environment.
• Provide support to store team members during grooming downtime.
• Continuously develop pet grooming techniques and advance your career with training opportunities.

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least one year of grooming experience with formal training or experience under a certified groomer.
• Ability to move or lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, bend, or stoop for extended periods.
• Willingness to provide your own grooming equipment (clippers, blades, scissors, etc.).
• Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must pass drug screening (where applicable) and be 18 years or older.

• $1,500 sign‑on bonus for new hires with 1+ year of experience.
• Commission based pay with a guaranteed minimum.

This is a commission‑based role. Maximum pay may vary based on hours worked and weekly completed grooming services.
