Placed under the authority of the Head of the Green Spaces and Road Maintenance Department, your mission will be the general maintenance of spaces, flower beds, shrubs, and road maintenance.

Maintenance of green spaces and roads:
• Participate in the maintenance of green spaces:
• Participate in landscape design
• Maintenance of the cemetery
• Maintenance of roads, vertical and horizontal signage, and urban furniture
• Maintenance and cleanliness of public roads
• Installation of communal equipment (barriers, tents, etc.) in the service of the commune or associations

Application of safety rules:
• Apply collective and individual safety rules related to the use of equipment, tools used, and the completion of projects
• Daily maintenance of various equipment and vehicles used Particularities of the position:
Presence in all weather conditions outdoors, Possibility of being called for exceptional missions outside working hours (especially in case of winter weather), Technical skills:
• Knowledge in the field of maintenance of green spaces
• Knowledge of plants (massif plants, trees, shrubs, etc.) and their use, integrated watering techniques
• Knowledge in personnel management
• Mastery of EV equipment
• Techniques and practices of differentiated management of green spaces
• Knowledge of hygiene and safety rules, respect for the wearing of PPE

- Level BEPA or BAC professional option "landscape design of green spaces".

- Driving license B mandatory.

- Driving license C desired.

- KNOWLEDGE:
* Maintain green spaces (master the techniques of maintenance and landscaping of green spaces and plants).
* Apply regulatory obligations related to sites (protection classification Natura 2000...).
* Prevent natural risks and accidents on the site (fire, flooding, landslide...).
* Know how to recognize plants.
* Know and apply the rules of work safety.
* Know how to use phytosanitary products.
* Prune shrubs and trees.

- SKILLS:

* Know how to handle professional motorized equipment in compliance with safety rules.
* Ensure routine maintenance of equipment.
* Maintain green spaces (mowing lawns, treatment and watering...).
* Create new green spaces and lawns.
* Weed and treat massifs and plantations.
* Create new green spaces and lawns.
* Monitor the flora.
* Monitor, control, and maintain the functioning state of playgrounds.
* Maintain cemeteries and schoolyards.
* Know how to carry out planting and earthworks according to provided plans.
* Participate in the winter viability of roads.
