- Ability to follow oral and written instructions accurately.
- Experience in landscaping or grounds maintenance.
- Certification in horticulture or landscaping.
- Previous experience in a similar role within the real estate industry.
- Perform regular landscaping tasks such as mowing, trimming, and planting flowers and shrubs.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of outdoor areas by removing debris and litter.
- Follow oral and written instructions to execute maintenance schedules and special projects.
- Utilize ladders safely for tasks such as tree trimming and building maintenance.
- Monitor the health of plants and lawns, applying fertilizers and pesticides as needed.
