Full-Time Veterinary Receptionist
Brookville Animal Hospital (Care Vet at Brookville) is looking for a full-time Veterinary Receptionist to join our busy, two-doctor practice!
We’re looking for someone who loves people, loves pets, and knows how to keep things moving. Our days can get busy (okay… sometimes really busy!), so we need someone who can juggle phones, clients, appointments, questions, and everything in between while still treating everyone with kindness and compassion.
You Might Be Our Perfect Fit If You:- Love animals and enjoy helping the people who love them
- Are friendly, compassionate, and genuinely enjoy working with people
- Can multitask like a pro and stay organized when things get hectic
- Move quickly and can prioritize what needs to happen next
- Are comfortable answering phones and communicating with clients
- Have strong attention to detail
- Are dependable, hardworking, and willing to jump in wherever needed
- Work well with a team
- Can handle a fast-paced environment without letting the chaos get the best of you
- Know that sometimes a client just needs someone to listen and be kind
Veterinary or receptionist experience is preferred, but NOT required! We are happy to train the right person. A great attitude, willingness to learn, and love for people and pets go a long way.
