Cooper Farms is currently seeking a 1st shift Farrowing Technician to join our team in Mark Center.
HOURS:
Monday through Friday 5:30am-2:30pm, partial shift every 3rd weekend.
STARTING HOURLY RATE: $18.05 with the potential of increasing to $19.30 after 90 days PERKS:Monthly and year-end profit-sharing bonuses (dependent upon company performance)
All Training Will Be Provided. Job Functions Include- Processing and vaccinating newborn piglets.
- Caring for ill animals per veterinary and manager guidance and maintaining records.
- Maintaining a designated feeding routine.
- Keeping up on barn maintenance and cleanliness, which includes power washing.
- Must be 18 years of age
- Ability to be on feet for prolonged periods of time
