Job Description

Within our development department, you will be aSenior Scientist(d/f/m)responsible for planning, conducting and evaluating scientific studies in the pharmaceutical development of inhaled drugs. You will use the possibilities offered by modern pharmaceutical and analytical technologies.

Your tasks in detail:

• Planning, execution and evaluation of scientific studies in the context of the pharmaceutical development of inhaled drugs

• Participation in project teams

• Coordination of development work with external development partners

• Ensure compliance with the quality requirements for technical product development in accordance with internal, national and international guidelines (GMP, ICH, etc.) in order to guarantee successful approval of the development project

• Ensure the achievement of the project objective within the defined time and economic framework

• Planning the required resources

You provide:

• PhD (preferred) or MS in Chemistry, Pharmacy, or related field

• 3+ years of experience in the development or production of drugs or in the development of drug delivery systems, preferably in the development of inhaled drugs

• Good understanding on API properties which influence drug product performance and optimization of processes, such as crystallization or micronization which impact such API properties

• Experience in the GMP environment knowing the most important national and international guidelines

• Fluent in both, German and English

• Well-versed in the use of common standard software (MS Office)

• You are a real team player, work independently and result-oriented and communicate openly and goal-oriented
