• Qualification:
  
  Pharm‑D.
• Experience:
  
  1-3 years of experience with pharmaceutical New Product Development / formulation development.

• Develop and optimize pharmaceutical formulations for new products.
• Support technology transfer from R&D to production scale.
• Troubleshoot commercial products and resolve formulation‑related issues.
• Prepare technical documentation for product development and regulatory submissions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including production, quality, and regulatory affairs.
• Conduct stability studies and ensure product quality and compliance.
