Warehouse Supervisor
Responsible for day‑to‑day execution of the company’s strategic vision within the work area. Manage manpower, oversee operations, monitor employees, and ensure completion according to company standards. Enforce safety rules and regulations, conduct interviews, evaluate performance, and resolve employee problems. Validate payroll for team members, coach the team, and drive efficiency through observation and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities- Enforce safety rules and regulations.
- Plan work assignments and manage manpower to meet operational needs.
- Monitor employees and the work process to ensure proper completion according to company standards.
- Oversee work area and support team success through observations and coaching.
- Validate payroll for team members.
- Conduct interviews and select candidates who are a good fit for the company.
- Evaluate employee performance and prepare performance appraisals.
- Resolve employee problems and collaborate with employees, peers, and other stakeholders to facilitate problem resolution.
- Collect team feedback and develop ways to drive efficiency through the team.
- Promote a safe and productive workplace through proper use of PPE, safe operation of powered equipment, and safe lifting techniques.
- Minimum 2 years of experience; 5 years preferred of relevant work.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Ability and willingness to work non‑traditional shifts and hours.
- Strong communication skills – communicating with superiors, peers, or subordinates.
- Ability to operate vehicles, mechanized devices, or equipment.
- Ability to process information including calculating, auditing, analyzing, and/or verifying information or data.
- Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, leadership technique, and coordination of people and resources.
$70,000 – $82,600 per year.
