Promote quality culture through leadership and training in quality best practices;
Support the Quality and Operations (OPEX) teams with quality best practices;
Complete startup / last article inspections; audit / inspect in-process and finished products;
Make decisions on the acceptability/non-acceptability of manufactured/packaged products using defect categories (critical/major/minor);
Communicate non-conformance(s) and/or trending conditions to support teams; act as the Voice of Quality with cross-functional team
