Establish and publish weekly inventory count, spot audit, and quality audit schedules;
Coordinate inventory count, spot audit, and quality audit schedules with Warehouse Supervisors;
Direct the work of personnel assigned to quality audits and/or inventory counts;
Provide daily written and electronic analysis of inventory count and quality audits results;
Spot audit unloading, receiving, checking, locating, packing, and shipping personnel and document results in Excel spreadsheet
