Lilienpflege sucht einen Qualitätsbeauftragten, der die Pflege- und Betreuungsqualität in unserer Einrichtung nachhaltig verbessert. In dieser Rolle sind Sie verantwortlich für die Weiterentwicklung des Qualitätsmanagementsystems und die Überwachung gesetzlicher Vorgaben.
Der ideale Kandidat bringt eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachkraft und mindestens fünf Jahre Berufserfahrung mit, davon zwei Jahre im Qualitätsmanagement. Wir bieten eine strukturierte Einarbeitung und ein wertschätzendes Arbeitsumfeld.
