Lab Tech

Responsibilities

Maintain accurate track‑and‑trace records, update databases, and apply product labels according to specifications. Perform daily inspections and verification of products to ensure compliance with quality standards. Monitor product identification, appearance, and case count prior to shipment. Conduct random quality checks, follow testing parameters, and document results accurately. Prepare reports detailing accepted and rejected products. Assist with analytical testing of raw materials and finished goods, including chemical handling and use of analytical balances.

Support R&D efforts and perform calibration and verification of equipment as needed. Participate in outdoor testing activities under varying weather conditions and safely lift up to 60 pounds.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret product specifications and technical documents.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and navigating Windows‑based systems.
• Working knowledge of laboratory practices, chemical handling, and analytical testing preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.

Minimal travel required. Must be able to work in both indoor laboratory settings and outdoor environments during testing activities.
