The Quality Technician will be located in Guadalajara, Norte.

Here are some examples of the activities you will be performing:

• Management of personnel (auditors) identifying if all stations are covered and covering them with personnel redeployment if necessary.
• Daily elaboration of GIL reports and script of the previous day, including non-conforming products, purge status, etc.
• Identify in non-conforming products if there is a change of model or line
• Analysis of quality bulletins.
• Audit daily manufacturing operations.
• Review that auditors make their work sheets as requested by MBT.

Indispensable skills for the role:

• Management of quality tools
• Causal effect diagrams
• Knowledge in Ishikawa
• 5whys analysis
• Auditor personnel management
• Technical career
• Mixed schedule (M-F 8 am to 5 pm, with availability to rotate shift according to operation)
• Process engineering (desirable)
• Previous experience
