Ingredion is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our global quality team and support excellence in customer satisfaction through quality documentation and collaboration across technical and manufacturing teams.
As an intern global quality documentation, you will support the global quality team by managing and updating technical documentation related to product quality. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to projects that ensure accurate and up-to-date information is available to our customers.
This position reports to the head of the Mexico quality documentation team.
What will you do:
- Collaborate with technical, manufacturing, and quality teams to create and edit technical package documents.
- Maintain and update Ingredion portals with quality-related documentation.
- Organize and manage technical package documentation, such as product specifications and letters.
- Support document update projects across various systems.
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Ingredion products and manufacturing sites.
What you will bring:
- Student in the final semesters of a bachelor's degree in chemistry, qfb, chemical engineering, food science, or a related science/engineering field.
- Advanced english proficiency (written and spoken).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Who you are:
- A proactive and collaborative team player.
- Curious and eager to learn about quality systems and documentation.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Skilled in microsoft office tools (word, excel, sharepoint).
- Familiarity with power bi or quality certifications (fssc 22000, iso 9001) is a plus.
