The Quality Technician will be located in Guadalajara Norte.

Here are some examples of the activities you will be performing:

• Analysis of Yields
• Audits of processes and products in the production line
• Development of Paretos
• Requirement of effective actions to the CFT
• Interpretation of engineering blueprints
• Root cause analysis supporting process engineers

Essential skills for the role:

• Technical career or preparatory in electronics, mechatronics or related
• Experience of 6 months to 1 year as a Quality Technician
• Knowledge in NPI’s
• Basic statistics knowledge
• Handling and knowledge in quality alerts
• Experience in process and product audits
• Knowledge in root cause analysis techniques
• Handling and knowledge of core tools like PPAP, MSA, SPC etc. (desirable)
• Interpretation and control of engineering blueprints
• Experience in personnel management
• Use of quality measurement equipment
• Availability of schedule
