Regulatory Compliance Specialist, Quality Control - QC Analysts/Managers
Location: Germany

You coordinate processes, keep all stakeholders aligned, and work closely with development teams, customers, and testing authorities.
Through your work, you create the foundation for technical innovations to be implemented reliably, in compliance with regulations, and with lasting success.
- Approval & Certification Management: Manage and monitor approval, certification, and release processes.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate and align activities with internal departments, customers, regulatory authorities, and testing organizations.
- Documentation Management: Prepare, review, and maintain approval‑ and certification‑related documentation.
- Compliance Verification: Coordinate evidence collection, testing, audits, inspections, and acceptance procedures.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to applicable standards, regulations, and customer requirements.
- Change Management: Track and manage changes, deviations, and corrective actions throughout the approval and certification process.
- Project Support: Support proposals, projects, and technical assessments with regard to approval and certification requirements.
- Qualifications: Completed technical vocational training, certification as a technician or master craftsman, or a university degree in a relevant technical field.
- Experience: Proven experience with regulated approval, quality, or compliance processes; experience handling test, qualification, and release documentation; and the ability to confidently interpret technical drawings, specifications, and compliance records.
- Knowledge: Good understanding of relevant standards, regulations, and military requirements, as well as knowledge of quality management, configuration management, and change management.

Skills:
Negotiation‑level proficiency in both German and English.
