Quality Assurance Officer; m​/f​/d

At three locations in Radevormwald, we produce high-quality products for the automotive and household appliance industries with around 200 employees. Radevormwald is located close to the major Rhineland cities and the Ruhr area with good motorway connections.

To strengthen our quality assurance team, we are looking for at the earliest opportunity a dedicated employee (m/f/d) who ensures our high quality standards are maintained and actively contributes to their further development.

Another key focus of your role is conducting internal departmental and process audits, as well as supporting quality planning for new projects. Through quality-related training, you will promote quality awareness amongst our staff and make an important contribution to the continuous improvement of our processes and products.

• You have completed a technical apprenticeship and, ideally, further training to become a technician or hold a comparable qualification.
• You have practical experience in quality management or quality assurance and would like to apply your expertise in a challenging environment.
• You are familiar with quality methods such as 8D, APQP, PPAP, SPC and FMEA, and you apply them confidently in practice.
• You have a basic understanding of measurement technology and are keen to continually develop your specialist knowledge.
• You enjoy working as part of a team, take on responsibility and play an active part in the continuous improvement of processes and procedures.
• You are confident in communicating in German and have a good command of English, or the motivation to develop your English skills further, so that you can communicate confidently with international clients and partners.
