redi-Group GmbH sucht eine/n Mitarbeiter/in Reklamationsbearbeitung (m/w/d) zur Schnittstelle zwischen Kunden, Lieferanten und internen Fachbereichen im Bereich Kunststoffverschlüsse. Du bearbeitest interne und externe Reklamationen und setzt Ursachenanalysen nach etablierten Qualitätsmethoden um.
Du bringst eine abgeschlossene technische oder kaufmännische Berufsausbildung mit idealerweise Weiterbildung im Qualitätsbereich mit und hast Erfahrung in Reklamations- oder Qualitätsmanagement.
