Quality Systems Support Technician

Responsibilities

• Prepare for and conduct scheduled internal system audits of Crown’s Management System across all of Crown’s ISO 9001 registered locations and functional areas
• Prepare for and conduct scheduled process audits at all of Crown’s manufacturing locations
• Document all information related to audit results, including findings such as nonconformances and observations
• Issue corrective actions for nonconformances and support validation of corrective action effectiveness
• Support training & coaching of new internal auditors
• Assist with maintenance and continuous improvement of internal audit policies and procedures
• Support functional areas with external audit preparedness through internal audit reviews & GAP analysis
• Collect internal audit and other data for use in Quarterly Management Review meetings
• Additional responsibilities as assigned

• 2 years related experience
• Associate's degree or equivalent
• Must have valid driving privileges
• Certified Lead Auditor (preferred)
• Experience with Excel, Power BI and data management (preferred)
• Project management experience (preferred)
• Database and/or SAP and SharePoint experience (preferred)

Demonstrates expertise in conducting internal system audits and process audits in compliance with ISO 9001 standards, along with strong capabilities in data management and project management. Proficient in issuing corrective actions and supporting training for internal auditors.
