At Kraton, we make a Positive Difference, and we are looking for individuals who are also looking to make a difference in their jobs, for our customers and to the world. We are looking to hire a key member of our Operations team at our Belpre, Ohio location.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate and release finished product per P&PD and SQR guidelines via SAP
- Reclass finished product based on supply demand
- Finished product entry via the Quality Tracking Database
- Records retention for lot folders via the QA SharePoint site
- Familiarity with P&PD and SQRs for finished product issues
- Use of LIMS for finished product / work requests
- QIR entry for assigned finished product
- Material requests, as appropriate
- Update nonconforming product in SAP if/when a Customer Complaint is logged for assigned finished product, per Product Steward guidance
- Cross-train in all unit production and repack processes, with efficiency in all operating units
- Troubleshooting of SAP, WMS, and Recap issues
- Communicate with Operations on quality matters
- Participate in internal auditing process- training as an auditor
- Member of Quality Awareness Committee (QAC)
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience
- SAP; preference will be given to individuals with experience
- Reclass system; preference will be given to individuals with experience
- High School diploma with the equivalent combination of advanced education and work experience required.
- An accredited Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biology preferred.
