• Conduct regular and surprise audits of suppliers, distributors, and third‑party locations.
• Verify supplier inventory quantities against company requirements, purchase orders, and forecasts.
• Perform physical stock counts and identify inventory discrepancies, shortages, or excesses.
• Audit distributor inventories to ensure minimum stock levels (e.g., 3‑month inventory coverage) are maintained.
• Investigate inventory‑related irregularities, stock variances, and compliance issues.
• Prepare audit reports with findings, observations, and recommendations.
• Follow up on corrective actions and audit observations until closure.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Supply Chain, Sales, Warehouse, and Finance departments.
• Maintain accurate audit records, supporting documents, and evidence.
• Assist management in special investigations and ad‑hoc assignments.
• Willingness to travel extensively and conduct field visits across assigned regions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Internal Audit, Supply Chain, Inventory Management, Procurement, or Field Verification roles.
• Experience in manufacturing, pharmaceutical, FMCG, or distribution industries preferred.

• Supervise and monitor all Quality Assurance activities within the manufacturing facility.
• Ensure effective implementation of in‑process controls, sampling, dispensing verification, and final batch release procedures.
• Review and approve Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs), Batch Packaging Records (BPRs), and related documentation.
• Maintain sample retention records and ensure proper storage and traceability.
• Initiate, review, and monitor Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) for identified quality issues.
• Handle market complaints, conduct investigations, and ensure implementation of corrective actions.
• Coordinate product recall activities and maintain recall readiness procedures.
• Plan, conduct, and support internal audits and facilitate external audits by regulatory authorities, customers, and certification bodies.
• Prepare and review Annual Product Quality Reviews (APQRs) and trend analyses.
• Conduct quality risk assessments and implement risk mitigation measures.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, GDP, data integrity, and regulatory guidelines.
• Monitor key quality performance indicators and prepare management reports.
• Coordinate with Production, QC, Warehouse, Engineering, and Regulatory Affairs departments.
• Maintain quality documentation, SOPs, policies, and records according to company procedures.

• 8–10 years of Quality Assurance experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Prior leadership or management experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of quality management systems and testing methodologies.
• Experience with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
