Job Summary
We are seeking energetic and detail-oriented Plant Quality Auditors to join our team on the second shift. In this vital role, you will ensure that manufacturing processes and products meet strict quality standards by conducting comprehensive quality audits, inspections, and analyses. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-quality manufacturing operations in a fast-paced environment, ensuring products meet customer expectations and regulatory requirements.
Duties- Perform detailed quality audits across manufacturing processes.
- Review and analyze data collected during inspections to identify trends, deviations, or non-conformances; document findings thoroughly.
- Support quality management systems by participating in internal and external quality audits, ensuring compliance with IATF.
- Assist in maintaining accurate records of inspection results, audit reports, and compliance documentation for regulatory purposes.
- Proven experience with quality control and inspection techniques within a manufacturing environment.
- Excellent analysis skills with the ability to interpret technical data and identify root causes of issues.
- Experience conducting or supporting quality audits within regulated environments.
- Strong attention to detail combined with effective communication skills for documenting findings clearly.
- Ability to work efficiently during second shift hours in a dynamic manufacturing setting.
