White Castle is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to lead the QA and sanitation teams in our Ohio plant. The role focuses on ensuring finished products meet FDA and SQF standards, and to guide training on food safety, HACCP, and GMP compliance.
The ideal candidate will have a BS in food science or related field, 5–7 years of production and root cause analysis experience, and strong leadership skills for cross-functional teams. Occasional shifts include evenings and weekends.
