We are seeking a dedicated Property Manager with a keen eye for detail and exceptional communication abilities to join our team. If you possess strong organizational skills, a task-oriented mindset, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and fast paced environment, read on!

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Organizing and overseeing maintenance tasks, including emergency resolutions, ensuring property functionality.
  • Maintaining and updating property inventories for operational efficiency and resource availability.
  • Ensuring the safety and protection of guests, owners and property assets through safety checks and compliance with regulations.
  • Ensuring responsible handling of expenses, rent reconciliation, and financial documentation for accountability.
  • Maintaining thorough records, updating manuals, and effective communication with stakeholders for transparency and smooth operations.
  • Orienting, monitoring, and developing staff to maintain a competent and motivated team.
  • Regularly engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and providing timely communication to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Core competencies:
  • A Bachelor’s degree in tourism, hospitality, property management, maintenance/facility manager or similar.
  • Property/Facility Management certification would be an asset.
  • A minimum of 2 years experience in a role completing similar duties.
  • A background in Property and/or Maintenance Management would be valuable.
  • Ability to work independently, multi-task and prioritize effectively.
  • Ability to be flexible, work with diverse work styles and changing priorities with multiple deadlines.
  • Good people skills with the ability to build and maintain positive, supportive working relationships.
  • Organized, task oriented and able to work well in a fast- paced, stressful, team-oriented environment.
  • High level of communication skills - written and oral.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software:
    Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook.
