Property management experience is required for this position. Affordable housing experience is required.
Responsibilities- Oversee daily community operations in a timely and professional manner
- Manage resident relations, including leasing, renewals and addressing concerns
- Maintain a welcoming environment with strong curb appeal
- Deliver the highest level of service to residents, prospects and guests
- Help optimize the community’s performance by supporting occupancy, retention and financial goals
- At least one (1) year of property management experience
- Experience with LIHTC
- Strong organizational, communication and customer service skills
- Ability to successfully multitask, solve problems and adapt in a fast‑paced environment
- Basic knowledge of leasing, resident relations and community operations
- Proficiency with computers, mobile devices and property management software (such as Yardi or Real Page)
- Sales and marketing skills, a plus
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and motor vehicle insurance
- Standard 4‑day workweek (34 hours worked = 40 hours paid)
