Surge Staffing seeks a proactive Property Manager for our Willard community with oversight role combines leasing, resident relations, and rent collection with hands-on oversight of operations and a small maintenance team.
The ideal candidate is organized, results-driven, and able to manage turnover timelines while maintaining high standards of occupancy and resident satisfaction. This is a full-time, onsite position with a Monday–Friday schedule.
