Role Description The Leasing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Lewis Center, OH, responsible for overseeing leasing operations and resident relations for assigned properties. Daily activities include managing the full leasing cycle, from marketing and prospect outreach to tours, application processing, and lease execution. The role involves maintaining high occupancy levels, monitoring market trends, and recommending pricing or promotional strategies to remain competitive.
The Leasing Manager supports resident retention by responding promptly to inquiries, coordinating renewals, and collaborating with property management and maintenance teams to ensure a positive living experience. This position also includes lease administration duties such as accurate documentation, compliance with policies and regulations, and reporting on leasing performance to leadership.
Qualifications
- Skills in resident retention, with the ability to build relationships, resolve concerns, and promote renewal and satisfaction.
- Previous experience in multifamily housing or real estate leasing, preferably in a supervisory or lead role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills, with a focus on inclusive, professional interactions.
- Ability to work on-site, manage multiple priorities, and use property management software and common office applications.
