Gold Oller Real Estate Investments is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support operations and financial success of a multifamily community. In the absence of the Community Manager, you will assume full responsibility for property operations, ensuring a polished, welcoming environment and strong resident satisfaction.
You’ll lead rent collection, lease enforcement, and coordination with the leasing team, while coaching staff and driving occupancy and retention goals.
