Real Estate Agent

Comey & Shepherd Realtors is seeking motivated Real Estate Agents to represent buyers and sellers across Greater Cincinnati and surrounding areas. In this role, you'll prospect and nurture leads, conduct listing presentations, price and market properties, and guide clients through showings, offers, negotiations, inspections, and closings. Leverage our strong local brand, training, and marketing tools to build a sustainable book of business.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and nurture buyer and seller leads
• Conduct listing presentations and secure listing agreements
• Research market data to price and position properties competitively
• Coordinate and host property showings and open houses
• Advise clients throughout offers, negotiations, and counteroffers
• Manage contracts, disclosures, and transaction documentation
• Coordinate inspections, appraisals, and closing activities
• Maintain CRM records and follow-up systems for past and current clients
• Collaborate with brokerage leadership and peers to share best practices
• Leverage brokerage marketing tools, MLS, and online platforms to promote listings
