The Community Manager, oversees the property’s operations to ensure that exceptional service is delivered to all residents and the property is meeting its financial goals. We currently looking for an experienced Community Manager for our Kingsley Park property.
Responsibilities- Ensure community meets all monthly, quarterly, and annual financial and operational targets, including achieving the highest possible net operating income through effective cost control and revenue improvement programs.
- Oversee and participate in all aspects of rent collections, file necessary evictions and ensure landlord/resident laws are followed.
- Train and hold accountable property employees to ensure the procedures and protocols are followed
- Ensure compliance with fair housing laws and regulations in all leasing and marketing activities.
- Oversee and participate in all aspects of leasing production, including leasing administration, marketing activities and maintaining product knowledge of community and competitors to maximize rental income and budgeted occupancy.
- File necessary evictions
- Ensure compliance with fair housing laws and regulations in all leasing and marketing activities.
- Previous experience in property management
- Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations
- Experience with Entrata preferred
- Experience in preparing monthly variance reporting
- Ability to sit, walk, stand in an office area and throughout the property for long periods of time
- Ability to verbally communicate
- Ability to lift to up to 15 pounds
- Ability to use hands and arms for writing, typing, lifting, holding, grabbing, and pulling.
