This part‑time position (20‑30 hours per week, paid hourly) requires a research analyst to support our commercial real‑estate appraisal team.
Key responsibilities include:
public records research (deeds, zoning, tax information); sales verification; and management of workflow. Prior experience in real estate is a plus. The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently while effectively communicating with team members and clients. This role is essential to the success of our organization and is highly valued by our staff.
