- Weiterentwicklung von Protokollen und Einführung neuer Produkte in den Produktionsprozess
- Integration neuer Geräte und Methoden in die Produktionsabläufe
- Wissenschaftliche Leitung und Durchführung externer Kooperationen sowie Mitarbeit an öffentlich geförderten Projekten im Bereich Nukleinsäureproduktion
- Unterstützung der Produktionsmitarbeiter bei der Lösung von Herausforderungen in der Oligonukleotid-Synthese
- Erstellung und Pflege von Standardarbeitsanweisungen (SOPs) und Validierungsdokumenten
- Dokumentation gemäß ISO
9001 und ISO
13485-Standards - Unterstützung von Sales und Marketing bei der Umsetzung von Kundenprojekten
