The program aims to foster a global exchange of ideas and build long‑term collaborations between international researchers and Germany’s vibrant Digital Green Tech community.

The award is not a traditional research grant but rather an individual development program. Winners are selected based on their potential to contribute to cutting‑edge fields like AI‑driven robotics for raw material sorting, waste‑removing robots, or sustainable urban planning. The program provides a platform for young scientists to showcase their work to a high‑level jury of German experts and gain visibility within the European sustainability ecosystem.
