Sie sollten ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Bauingenieurwesen, Architektur oder Immobilientechnik vorweisen können und über mehrjährige relevante Erfahrung verfügen. Eigeninitiative, Durchsetzungsvermögen und fundierte Kenntnisse der relevanten Normen sind ebenfalls erforderlich.
