Medical Technologist & Lab Technician, Clinical Research
We are hiring for a Laboratory Assistant to help support a Research and Development lab in the pharmaceutical industry here in Columbus! This role will primarily be supporting the other scientists in the lab by helping with any laboratory tasks they need, including some basic visual inspections as well.
This is a long‑term career opportunity and we are looking for someone with highly regulated experience (such as a GMP, GLP, FDA, or similarly regulated laboratory or manufacturing environment). We are not looking for candidates with a Bachelors Degree. An ideal candidate will have regulated experience and a High School Diploma or an Associates Degree.
Shift: 1st shift (day‑time hours), Monday - Friday.
Responsibilities- Assist in the laboratory by weighing and preparing samples, and performing some minor lab testing or visual inspections.
- Maintain laboratory glassware and inventory.
- Perform documentation according to necessary regulations and guidelines.
- High school diploma or Associate's degree in Science.
- Experience working in a GMP or similarly regulated environment. (We may consider candidates without regulated experience if you have an Associates Degree and strong laboratory experience from school).
- We would not consider candidates with a Bachelors Degree for this role, although we may have other roles available that align. So feel free to apply and we can explore other openings we might have.
This is a Permanent position based out of Columbus, OH.
Pay And BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
