Location: Germany
Forschungszentrum Jülich is seeking a Postdoctoral Researcher to lead the machine-learning core of a project on plant regulatory genomics. You will develop predictive models linking genetic variation to gene regulation across species, using large multi-omics datasets generated within the consortium.
You will work on CNNs/transformers for regulatory sequences, collaborate with experimental biologists, and contribute to open-source tools while presenting at international meetings.
