Research Analyst – Advisors Research Center
The Advisors Research Center (ARC) is a dynamic and rapidly growing capability designed to meet the evolving needs of clients through high-quality research support. Our mission is to deliver value by transforming data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Senior Research Analyst to join our European team, based in Lisbon, Portugal. The Advisors Research Center is a global, research-oriented capability that applies proven methodologies and deep domain expertise to partner with clients worldwide, helping them drive measurable value by:
- Delivering new research products and strategies to market efficiently and effectively
- Leveraging research assets to produce impactful and high-quality outputs for clients
- Generating key insights based on primary research (qualitative and/or quantitative)
- Complementing insights through secondary research and analysis of large datasets
All About You
Experience working on a variety of research projects, including both primary and secondary research
Proven experience in executing primary research, including:
- Quantitative techniques (e.g., surveys)
- Qualitative methods (e.g., in-depth interviews, focus groups, online communities)
Ability to analyze large datasets generated through quantitative research
Strong capability to synthesize and interpret information from multiple sources
Skilled in developing clear, insightful, and client-ready presentations
Strong business writing skills, with the ability to create high-quality deliverables
Excellent communication skills, with confidence to contribute to client calls and internal discussions, as well as draft communications for internal and external stakeholders
All About Your Education & Skills
Solid and relevant experience across research projects, including at least 3 years in a research agency or within a client-side research function
Expertise in both primary research (e.g., surveys, interviews) and secondary research (e.g., Euromonitor, Bloomberg, and other syndicated sources)
Proficiency in English is required; additional European languages are a plus
Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word; familiarity with project management tools is preferred
