The Deputy Manager R&D Farm Products Lab will be responsible for leading research and development activities related to farm products, ensuring quality control, product innovation, and compliance with industry standards. The role involves laboratory management, product testing, and collaboration with cross‑functional teams.

• Lead and manage R&D activities for farm products including herbal, agricultural, or natural raw materials.
• Oversee laboratory operations, testing procedures, and quality assurance protocols.
• Develop and improve product formulations and processing methods.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and quality guidelines.
• Conduct research to identify new product opportunities and enhance existing products.
• Collaborate with production, quality, and supply chain teams for seamless product development.
• Maintain accurate documentation of research findings, test results, and product specifications.
• Supervise and mentor lab staff to ensure high performance and professional growth.

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Agriculture, Chemistry, Pharmacy, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in R&D, quality control, or product development, preferably in farm products, herbal, or natural products industry.
• Strong knowledge of laboratory testing methods and quality standards.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and documentation skills.
• Leadership and team management abilities.
