  • Working independently at the station, primarily at the Entremetier station
  • Ensuring a smooth workflow at one’s own workstation
  • Support for the onboarding of trainees and new employees
  • Close collaboration with other kitchen staff and the head chef
  • Compliance with hygiene according to HACCP
Your profile
  • Completed training as a chef and at least 2 years of professional experience
  • Reliability and quality awareness
  • Sense of responsibility and assertiveness
  • Well-groomed, open and friendly charisma

Our culinary style combines modern, upscale cuisine with regional and home-style influences. We place great emphasis on quality, freshness, and a variety of dishes.

Every day, we cook for 80 to 130 hotel guests. In the evening, we serve a varied 6-course menu with a choice of seven main courses. At lunchtime, our guests can enjoy a lunch buffet featuring a hot dish.

Culinary highlights also include weekly theme nights such as an exclusive 8-course gala dinner, a specialty buffet, an Italian appetizer buffet, and a varied dessert buffet.

The Kitchen Team

Our young kitchen team consists of 12 employees. Our head chef is 32 years old, a family man, and brings not only experience in fine dining but also international expertise to the table.

We place great value on flat hierarchies, a collegial work environment, and a pleasant atmosphere. We always welcome your own ideas and creativity.
