Shift Manager – McDonald’s (Independently Owned & Operated Restaurants)

Lead daily operations, ensuring fast, accurate and friendly customer service while managing crew and maintaining high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness.

Pay: $30,160 – $50,000 per year (based on 40‑hour work weeks, experience, and position).

This role is for a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee, not McDonald’s USA. The franchisee is the sole employer responsible for all employment matters.
