Golden Corral - 4394 Glen Este-Withamsville Road - Responsibilities:
Prepare Hot Choice Buffet products, including Carving and Display Cooking products, according to Golden Corral recipes and procedures;
Grills all items according to Golden Corral standards to ensure quality;
Restocks items at the Display Cooking Station when Buffet Attendant is unavailable;
Maintains correct temperature of all products during cooking, holding and serving;
Keeps the Hot Cook area and smallware clean and ensures cleanliness of dishes
