Sommelier-Union Deutschland e.V. sucht für das Sternerestaurant La Mesange im Meisenheimer Hof einen leidenschaftlichen Sommelier (m/w/d). Sie beraten Gäste auf höchstem Niveau, entwickeln passende Weinbegleitungen und verantworten den Verkauf sowie die Pflege der Weinkarte.
Sie bringen eine Sommelier-Ausbildung mit und verfügen über mehrjährige Erfahrung in gehobener Gastronomie. Enger Austausch mit Küchenchef, Leitung und Geschäftsführung ist vorgesehen.
