Dishwasher. Range of pay: $15.19–$18.84.

• High School Diploma ,or equivalent
• Training and/orexperiencewhichevidencesanabilitytowash,cleanandstoreeatingandcookingutensilsandtopreparethesameforservinglunches.

Undergeneralsupervisionofthe Food Service Supervisor,washes, cleans,and stores eatingandcookingutensils;de-limesdishwasherandmaintainsacleanroom.

• Safelyoperatesinstitutionaldishwasherandusesdishdetergenttocleanandsanitizedishes,silverware,and glasses.
• Takesoutcardboardboxesdaily,when needed.
• Recordsdishwashertemperaturedaily.
• Scrapes,washes,stacks,andputsawaycleantrays,onbothsides.
• Washesandputsawayallpots,pansandutensils,onbothsides.
• Takesouttrashattheendoftheday.
• Drainsthedishwashingmachine DAILYandcleansthedrains.
• De-limesandcleansthedishwasherbi-weekly.
• Followsallsafetyandsanitaryrequirementsofthelunchroomarea.
• Assistinmaintainingkitchenandkitchenequipmentinacleanandsanitarymannerfollowingheathdepartmentregulations.
• Reportsallbrokenutensilstothe Food Service Supervisor .
• Reportsaccidentsandpotentialhazardsto Food Service Supervisor .
• AsrequiredbytheUSDA;mustbehave4hoursofcontinuingeducationperyear.
• Mustmoptheentirekitchenattheendoftheday,DAILY.
• Cleanbathroombi-weekly.

Dishwasher

• Operates garbage disposal.
• Mayfillinfortheheadcook,assistantcookorcashierintheirabsence.
• Performsotherdutiesasassignedby Food Service Supervisor .
• Regularlychecksemails.

Knowledge of:
Boardpoliciesandprocedures,;federal,state,andlocalfood,health safety,andsanitationrequirements;

Google Suite(email,spreadsheets,etc);

Kiosk;legalresponsibilitiesasrelatedtoFERPAandHIPPA.
