Candidate ProfileAs a Mickey’s Kitchen Team Member, you’ll interact with both customers and team members. We’re looking for candidates who have:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- A team-oriented mindset
- Self-motivation
- Welcoming customers with friendly, efficient service
- Assisting with stocking, prep work, and inventory as needed
- Completing all kitchen housekeeping functions (cleaning, sweeping, mopping, trash, etc.)
- Preparing food according to company recipes and standards
- Following food safety and sanitation guidelines
Please note this position requires flexible availability (may include evenings, weekends, and holidays), lifting up to 40 lbs., and standing for extended periods.
