THE PIG Hotel in Bath area is seeking a Sous Chef who thrives in a fast-paced, energetic kitchen that celebrates local suppliers within a 25‑mile radius and our own kitchen garden produce. You will assist the Head Chef, lead a section, contribute menu ideas, and help manage health and safety, ordering and rotas.
We value enthusiasm, passion for modern British food, and sustainability, with opportunities to grow into a Senior Sous role across our properties.
