About the Position

Assistant Manager – Westerville, Arby’s. Join a brand-new Arby’s restaurant opening soon and help bring the location to life from day one.

• Operate the restaurant on a day‑to‑day basis, ensuring efficient service and a positive guest experience.
• Assist the General Manager in managing staff, store operations, and maintaining smooth shift transitions.
• Support local store marketing initiatives to drive sales and profit targets.
• Develop and train team members through performance management, coaching, and continuous learning.

• Minimum six months of restaurant or retail management experience.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
