Charlestowne Hotels - - Responsibilities:
Assist with table and meeting space prep before the event;
Read and execute all BEO’s;
Set up display stations and pop up bars to FQI standards;
Assist with food/buffet preparation before and during the event;
Deliver food from the kitchen and/or prep area to the meeting space in a timely manner
