Prepare fresh scratch-made meals according to recipes and dietary guidelines;
Assist the Food Service Manager with inventory control and ordering supplies;
Supervise and support Dietary staff when the Food Service Manager is unavailable;
Set up breakfast bars, steam tables, and meal service stations;
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and work areas
